Holograms: See the Light

November 19, 2009 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Cafe Scientifique delves into the three-dimensional world of holograms with Fred Unterseher and Rebecca Deem, two pioneers in the art of holography. Fred and Becky will demonstrate how holograms are created and used in art, science and technology. Fred and Becky are well-known to visitors to Santa Fe Complex with their work appearing in several shows and frequently on display in the main hall. This will be a special opportunity for students to meet and visit with two of the most important holographers in the United States.
